Summer Splash! 8 Petals Fused Glass Jewelry–Giveaway (ends 7/22)
Tweet Glass is so versatile. We eat on it, drink out of it, make windows from it and now we can wear it. Introducing the gorgeous hand-crafted fused glass jewelry from 8 Petals Designer Toni Chirico is a self taught artist. She guides the colors of her materials into art with personality. The pieces of glass are fused into bold, unique lovely wearable art. The Classic collection includes belt buckles, necklaces, earrings, hairpins and rings. The Spirit Collection includes belt buckles, earrings and necklaces in your sport team’s favorite colors. I love the classic collection Abstract Necklaces The mingling of the glass colors draws the eye right in. 8 Petals was so kind to send one of the incredible Abstract necklaces and matching earrings from my review. The bright bold color Red & Black & Orange necklace stands out against my fair skin. I am amazed at the size of the necklace. It is a good size. The pendant measures 2” x 2”.

Sweet Valentine’s Affair: Meridane Review & Giveaway
Think of what is meaningful to you…. I have a necklace that represents that! I was very fortunate to be able to review Meridane Design ’s Love and Empowerment Symbol necklace. It’s a lovely design with a great story behind it, and it would make the perfect Valentine’s Day gift or any occasion gift for someone you love. The symbol was designed when the company owners’ mother was writing “Love is all U need,” with the letters stacked upon each other. She added a peace sign, and the result was both aesthetically and spiritually lovely. Merida, Dane, and their mother realized that each letter of the alphabet and numerals 0-9 were in the design! Plus, it’s multi-lingual. The possibilities are endless: Believe, Carpe Diem, Strength, Empowerment, Love, Inspire, a special anniversary or birthday, names. When I was wearing the necklace, I found myself using it to ground myself when I was anxious, and Hope was what I kept seeing in the design.

Get ready…get set….
…Looking ahead… It’s almost that time…a new year! I don’t know why…but I am so excited for a fresh start. To have a new word to guide me. I am going to open a tumblr account and photograph my journey. I won’t put too much pressure on…but I will challenge myself. I even bought a new charm for my necklace that represents new beginnings. So I guess you could say, I am getting ready. So how about you? Are you going to choose a word (I even put a “word challenge” tab on my header bar) this year? I encourage you to do so… yes, that means you too Jason ! When I think about this past year, I am amazed at all the different roads I took…sometimes the scenery was breathtaking…other times, not so much. But, I look back with no regrets. And that is how I want to live my life from now on. With no regrets.
